Is there a booking fee on my order?

There are no booking fees for making online bookings. A booking fee of £1.50 is charged for bookings made through our call centre.


What is the latest I can book?

The latest you can book parking is 48 hours prior to booking needed.


How are parking charges calculated?

Car parking charges are calculated on the number of days (24 hour periods) on the basis of the times you select when making your booking. For example if you select an arrival time of 10.00am the 24 hour period(s) run from that time. However, if Your ACTUAL entry and exit time changes from that specified in your booking you will be charged and as a result your actual time in the car park runs into another 24 period (over that booked) you will be liable for the additional days which will be charged at the drive-up tariff. This charge will apply even if the excess parking time is caused by a delay to your flight.


What facilities are there for passengers requiring special assistance?

Special Assistance is offered in all our car parks with larger, dedicated bays adjacent to terminal / shuttle bus pick up points.

Help buttons on all entrance and exit barriers.

Wheelchair friendly shuttle buses.

Blue Badge holders are permitted up to 30 minutes free to pick up and drop off. The Blue Badge should be presented at our car park desk located within the terminal building where your ticket will be validated. Stays longer than 30 minutes will be subject to our normal car park rates.

What payment methods are accepted?

Glasgow Prestwick Airport accepts the following credit and debit cards: VISA Credit, VISA Debit, Mastercard and Maestro.


How do I know that my Booking has been placed?

Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email with a booking reference number confirming all your details. You should print this email and bring it with you to the Airport. Should you not receive confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our Car Park Information Desk 03712 222 883. You can also view your booking by simply clicking on "Manage my Booking" at the top of this page.

What is "manage my booking"?

This service enables you to amend or cancel your booking online. You can amend all your details including car registration, payment card details and dates for your parking at Glasgow Prestwick Airport for all products. You will simply need to enter your email, postcode and booking reference.


What if I need to amend my booking?

You may amend your booking up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure time at no charge.

The simplest way is to click on "Manage my Booking" at the top of this page. You can also amend a booking by calling our Car Park Information Desk on 03712 222 883. In all communication please quote your booking reference number.


What if I need to cancel a booking?

You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure time and receive a refund less a £5 admin fee. No refunds will be given within 48 hours of your departure time.

What happens if I want to bring a different car to the one confirmed at booking?

If you are driving a different car to that detailed on your confirmation invoice, you can amend these details to your booking online. Simply click on "Manage my Booking" at the top of the website. You can also phone 03712 222 883 with your booking reference and revised car details.


What do I do when I get to the car park?

The confirmation email you will receive gives comprehensive instructions on what to do when you arrive at the car park. This information is also contained on our website as part of the booking process. For Terminal Short and Long Stay car parks please take a ticket at the entry column and keep it safe with you until your return. For Watson's Ayr Park on arrival at the barrier your information will be checked by a member of the car park team before entry.


What happens when I return?

The procedure on exiting the car park differs by location and will be detailed in your confirmation email. Please ensure you follow these exit procedures For Terminal Short and Long Stay car parks on your return please take your ticket and booking reference number to the Welcome Desk located beside the check in area to have your ticket validated before proceeding to the car park. For Watson's Ayr Park on arrival at the barrier your vehicle registration will be checked before the barrier is raised for exit.


Do the Car Park shuttle buses run throughout the night?

Yes, the shuttle buses serving Watsons Ayr Park operate a 24 hour service between the Terminal and Car Park.


How do I make a complaint or leave feedback?
